Orders & Payment
All product prices and details are provided on each product page. Orders are confirmed after successful payment.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from the Republic of Korea.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. TOMATO is not responsible for delivery failure, loss, misdelivery, return, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier conditions.
Returns & Refunds
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
For international orders, TOMATO does not provide a return pickup service. Customers must arrange and send return or exchange items directly to the return address provided by TOMATO.
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including incorrect size or color selection, all return shipping and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
For defective or incorrect items caused by TOMATO, return shipping costs will be covered by TOMATO. Please contact us before returning the item for return shipping instructions.
For exchanges, incorrect items, or defective items requiring reshipment, replacement items will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected by TOMATO.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
